We currently ship within the US, as well as Internationally. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, it's surely an oversight. Hit us up and we’ll see what we can do!

⏳ How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 24-48 hours, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic, and ranges for international]. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships!

🚀 Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you need your scarf ASAP, select express shipping at checkout.

🧼 How do I care for my scarf?

• Hand wash in cold water is preferred.
• Lay flat to dry or use a low heat setting.
• Avoid harsh detergents to keep your scarf looking fresh & vibrant.

🎨 Will my scarf look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show true colors, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight variations. Either way, it’s gonna look 🔥 on you.

💰 Returns & Exchanges

❌ Do you accept returns?
Due to the intimate nature of our scarves, all sales are final. But if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right!

📩 My order arrived damaged—what do I do?
Oh no! 😩 Send us a photo of the issue at spiritualhoochiesanctuary@gmail.com, and we’ll get you taken care of.
